Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | Ran three miles today on a treadmill. My pace was a little faster than normal. |

| | I ran on a treadmill again today. I ran a little slower than my last run. The run felt good. I'm looking forward to when the weather is a litter nicer so I can run outside again. It's pretty boring to run on a treadmill. |

| | When I started running today my knee kind of felt bad but as I went it felt pretty good. I enjoyed the run, but it was pretty cold. |

| | In my conditioning class today I ran down the side path on old main hill and up main stairs 7 times. The distance equaled a little more than two miles. After I got done with that I also did 30 pushups. 7 times up old main hill on the same run is my new personal best. |

| | Went on a long trail run up Logan Canyon with my brother. We went about 4 miles more than we had planned on going. This is the farthest that I have ever ran. It was pretty tough, we went over some pretty tough hills. It was a lot of fun, the weather was amazing. |

| | The workout I did in class today totaled 2 miles but I only ran about 1.6 miles of them. We did the first mile at a pretty fast pace. We did an indian run. It was pretty good but I ran hard enough the first mile that a muscle in my leg on the side of my shin started hurting really bad when I started the second mile. By the end I almost rolled my ankle because it wouldn't support my weight very good. |

Ran/walked about 2 miles in class today. We did intervals. Then I went on a run with my brother and his son and friend. We went up Logan canyon the run was about four miles.

My brother and I ran up green canyon to the fence of the wilderness area, where the road ends. We ran the trail. The weather was perfect. It was a really nice run. It has been a really good week. I have ran farther this week than I have any other week. And today I ran farther than I ever have on one day. |

| | Ran over Angel Heights and by the airport and home. It was a really good run. I shaved about 10 to 15 minutes off of my time from on tuesday. I was running really fast for me I finished this run in about 55 minutes and 58 seconds. |

| | Ran up to the H above Hurricane. I ran a little ways past it and back down the main road home. The road was steeper than I thought it would be. It was a good run though. |

| | Same loop up 180 and around past the intermediate school down airport road and back across 650. I was pretty tired today, didn't run nearly as fast as other times. Its kind of hard to work 10 hours a day out in the sun and then come home and train. |

I don't really have a great way to determine the distance of this run, but I did have my I pod nano that has a pedometer. It said that the run total was about six miles. It was good to get out and do some trail running again.
