I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
My run today was a little shorter than I anticipated. I ran intervals after a while and walked for a ways after I had ran 1.25 miles. I didn't count the long walk as part of my mileage. Then I ran another .25 miles without stopping.
