I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
My run went pretty well. I pushed through the pain to run farther than I have in a while. It was a good run. I am starting to get more motivated to get out and run. I need to find a race to register for to keep me going. Mabey a 5 or 10K.
