I want to run 200 miles in 2019

Run a half marathon in January 2020.

Run a marathon in fall 2020. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. 

Personal:

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

Quick morning run. I had a headache though so it wasn't very enjoyable. I ran it in 23 minutes. I need to get back in shape.
