I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
Great run this morning. It was a little chilly but once I got running it wasn't bad. My right leg didn't really give me problems but I had to make sure I was running in a way that didn't cause it problems the whole run.
