I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
My run felt good this morning. I pushed my son in the jogging stroller. I was a little slower today than I wanted to be, but its the farthest I ran in a long time. I plan on going about 4 miles tomorrow.
My run this morning went well. I ran faster than when I push my son in the stroller so that was a plus. The final mile was the fastest of all four miles. I feel good.
