I want to run 200 miles in 2019

Run a half marathon in January 2020.

Run a marathon in fall 2020. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. 

Personal:

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

My brother and I ran up green canyon to the fence of the wilderness area, where the road ends. We ran the trail. The weather was perfect. It was a really nice run. 

It has been a really good week. I have ran farther this week than I have any other week. And today I ran farther than I ever have on one day.
