I want to run 200 miles in 2019

Run a half marathon in January 2020.

Run a marathon in fall 2020. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. 

Personal:

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

Ran on what I thought was going to be part of the Boniville shoreline trail, but ended up going up one of the mountains of Green Canyon. I turned around after a while and just ran up the road a little ways.
