I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
Ran/walked about 2 miles in class today. We did intervals. Then I went on a run with my brother and his son and friend. We went up Logan canyon the run was about four miles.
