I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
I felt kind of tired today. It didn't help that there was 1/2 to 1 inch of new snow on the road and sidewalks. A lot of my run was over unplowed roads and sidewalks so it slowed me down a little. It was a good workout though.
I had a good long run this morning. The temperature was about 28 degrees farenheight. I felt good. My pace was kind of slow but I was trying to keep my heart rate under control. My run took 55 minutes and 28 seconds.
