I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
I had a good run this morning up the canyon. I modified my route a little to avoid the big hill at the end of the first 2 miles so that my run wouldn't be longer than 4 miles.
