Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | I had a good run this moring on the Treadmill. I ran the first 1.8 miles and then did interval training for a little while. My average pace was 11 min 7 seconds per mile. This year I want to run 400 miles. Which averages out to be about 7.7 mile weeks.

| | I had a pretty good run this morning. I ran the first 1.8 miles without stopping. I then had to walk for a little while. I ended with a very fast pace. My average was 10:53 per mile.

| | I had a nice run on the treadmill this morning at the gym. I ran the first two miles non stop and then ran intervals the last .8 mile. I alternated between walking and running faster than my normal pace. My overall average was 10 min 52 seconds per mile. My legs didn't hurt as bad this morning as they did on Tuesday.
