I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
Just a nice run this evening. I felt pretty good. Its starting to be pretty cold in the mornings so I am going to have to figure out how to get my workouts in at different times of the day, or get a gym membership.
