I want to run 200 miles in 2019

Run a half marathon in January 2020.

Run a marathon in fall 2020. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. 

Personal:

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

Just a short run this morning around the hospital. My legs hurt now. I think that my shore are worn out. I need to get new ones.

I ran up to Romney Stadium and made a loop back home. My right shin was giving me trouble so the run was pretty slow. I also had a new pair of shoes on. I like them but I need to get these shin splints to heal in order to really enjoy the shoes.
