I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
Ran 5.5 mph for 20 minutes followed by one minute fifteen second intervals of ~7.8 mph with 1 min 45 walk periods of 3.5 mph for another 20 minutes. It was a good workout. I feel very tired now.
