I ran the first 21 min 30 sec and ran 2 miles, at 5.6 mph. I then ran the rest of the 40 minutes doing intervals of running 1 min 15 seconds of 7.7 then walking for a about 1 min 45 seconds. I finished with running at 6.2 mph for about 1 min 45 seconds. I felt really good afterwards.
