The workout I did in class today totaled 2 miles but I only ran about 1.6 miles of them. We did the first mile at a pretty fast pace. We did an indian run. It was pretty good but I ran hard enough the first mile that a muscle in my leg on the side of my shin started hurting really bad when I started the second mile. By the end I almost rolled my ankle because it wouldn't support my weight very good. |
