I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
Runninng felt pretty good today. My right leg was still giving me problems though. I think I need to change my running form. I might have to switch to more of a toe first method.
