I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
It was really cold this morining. The temperature being 12 degrees made it difficult for me to stay out there as long as normal.
