Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | I ran on the treadmill today at the gym. I felt really good. I felt like I could run a lot longer than I did but I just ran 30 min.

| | My legs were pretty sore fore the first 10 minutes. I only ran for 15 minutes though. Then I did some weight lifting for arms.
