I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
I ran on a treadmill in the fieldhouse. I wasn't able to go as fast as I wanted to because the treadmill wouldn't go up to speed. I ran for 25 minutes and then had about a 4 minute cooldown. Then I rode a bike for 15 minutes.
I ran around the track in the fieldhouse. After I ran I did a leg workout with weights and then rode the bike for 15 minutes, bured 144 calories on the bike and went 5 miles.
