I want to run 200 miles in 2019

Run a half marathon in January 2020.

Run a marathon in fall 2020. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. 

Personal:

I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

It was a pretty good run overall today. I was a little slow becase my right leg was getting shin splints. I really need to find out how to strengthen that shin muscle. It makes it really hard to train a lot and to train hard when that muscle is always acting up.

Runninng felt pretty good today. My right leg was still giving me problems though. I think I need to change my running form. I might have to switch to more of a toe first method.

Great run this morning. It was a little chilly but once I got running it wasn't bad. My right leg didn't really give me problems but I had to make sure I was running in a way that didn't cause it problems the whole run.

This morning I ran up by Romney Stadium and then back home. It felt really good. The temperature outside was perfect. Mabee it will storm later because there was stormclouds and lightning all around except over part of the city were I was running.
