Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | Ran up the logan canyon river trail just past second dam and back to the trailhead. Average pace was 12 min 15 seconds per mile.

| | Ran a loop in Salt Lake. Lots of uphill, 541 ft in gain. My average pace was 13:12 and I ran for 1 hr 45 min.
