Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | Good run this morning. I felt good, my legs were a little sore but the run felt good.

| | My legs were pretty sore this morning but I kept running anyway. I had a pretty slow time but I went farther than I have so far this week.

| | Today I ran up to campus and around part of it then back home in a big loop. It was a good run I felt pretty good.

| | I didn't feel like going very far today. The run felt good though, it was a 1.5 mile run. In the evening I ran again another 2.71 miles.
