Run a half marathon in January 2020.
Run a marathon in fall 2020. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal. | | I had a great run on the treadmill this morning. I ran at a steady 5.5 mhp pace for 20 minutes and then did one intervals of 7.8 mph for aout 16 minutes and then ended with a nice 5.5 mph pace to cool down.

| | I felt really good on my run this morning. I ran 2.01 miles in 21min 27sec. Then i rode the bike for 20 minutes.

| | I ran the first 20 minutes at 5.5 mph and then the rest was one miniute fifteen second intervals of approx 8 mph with 1 min 45 second walking period s where I walked 3.5 mph.

| | Ran 5.5 mph for 20 minutes followed by one minute fifteen second intervals of ~7.8 mph with 1 min 45 walk periods of 3.5 mph for another 20 minutes. It was a good workout. I feel very tired now.

| | My legs were pretty sore this morning, and I didn't have a lot of time to work out so I only ran for 15 min.
