I want to get in good enough shape that I could run a half marathon whenever I want without it being a big deal.
Personal:
I am a receational runner and an outdoorsman. I believe that in order to fully enjoy my hobbies I need to be in good shape and have a healthy lifestyle.
The first twenty minutes were ran at a 5.5 mph pace. The second twenty minutes I ran intervals of 1 min of 7.8 to 8.0 mph pace follwed by two minutes of walking.
